  • 2° Activating the Ovule

    • Use clean, room-temperature water.
    • Soak the ovule for 1 minute to activate it.

    This activates its natural properties to maximize its effectiveness.

  • 3° Insert and Wait

    • Insert the ovule deeply and leave the string out.
    • Leave it for 24 hours to let it release its detox ingredients.

  • 4° Remove the Ovule

    • Gently pull the string to remove after 24 hours.
    • Wait 12 hours before repeating if you’re using another ovule.
